The Majestro manifesto

Let's build something real

We work remotely, feeling lonely despite being more connected than ever. We need physical things. We need to build them together. Sweat shared leaves us with two things that last — objects we are proud of, and people we know from those days.

Workshop — hands and timber in golden light

Why

For 300,000 years, humans built things together. Shelter, tools, food. Not for money — because tomorrow it would be the neighbour's turn.

Wine tastes different when someone hands it to you. A board sits straight when two of you hold it. A name said on a Saturday at eleven is harder to forget.

Three modes

Three ways to build something with a master beside you.

Workshop

A Saturday at the master's, side by side.

The master teaches, six people build, the host pays nothing. The day pays for itself — each participant chips in 250–400 PLN.

1 master · 6 participants · 1 Saturday

Mentorship

Your project — a master on the line.

You build, at your pace. The master validates the plan, sorts the materials list, answers questions as you go, reviews photos. 30–90 days.

200–800 PLN per project

Community Build

Together for a neighbour. Together for the block.

Volunteers, material sponsors, an optional master to guide. Zero platform commission, no fees for anyone. Public-space projects require municipal approval.

Who is this for

Four roles on the platform. Pick yours.

I build

You have an idea and a place — what is missing is hands and know-how. Pick a mode: a workshop at home, online mentorship, or a community build with neighbours.

  • Workshop — a master comes to you, six others help, you host
  • Mentorship — you build, a master guides for 30–90 days
  • Community — neighbours, sponsors, zero commission

Companion

Majestro lives where you are.

LIVE

The mobile app

The phone knows where it stands. Pin a “vantage point” — and every later photo lines up with the same angle. Record a video question while standing at the wall. Check project readiness on-site, not in a spreadsheet.

  • Vantage-anchored photos with compass — every stage from the same point
  • Video question to your master — recorded, transcribed automatically
  • Tools and materials list in your pocket
  • Project readiness — green when everything is on hand

Extension — a Leroy Merlin product clipped into a project BOM
SOON

The “Clip to BOM” extension

You open Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Allegro, OBI. One click — and the product, with full spec, price, and link, lands in your project BOM. No copying, no retyping.

For us: a real purchase signal. We show it to suppliers — instead of blind ads.

What ships, what is next

Solo dev, open backlog.

Every “soon” item can move up the queue when you click “Notify me.” We count those clicks and use them to choose what to build next.

Inspiration

What the community is building.

No infinite scroll — a deliberate decision. Time spent in the app is a metric we minimise.

Build something that lasts. With other people.

Not faster. Not cheaper. More real — with other people.
